Free one to one short term and longer term counselling for 16 and 17 year old young women who want someone independent of family and friends to talk to about difficulties and/or changes they may wish to make in their lives. Issues may include topics like: bereavement, domestic violence, relationships and friendships, identity, self harm or suicidal thoughts.

All counsellors are female.

Short waiting lists usually, so you will often be seen quickly.

Locations include our female only city centre base and some community venues. (Community venues may be mixed gender accessible rather than female only)

Pre-arranged ‘look rounds’ are available for any young woman who isn’t sure about counselling and/or wants to see where we are and who we are before they make a referral. Worker or family member can attend this appointment too if the young woman wishes.

Referrals taken via our online form or over the phone.
