Oakwood Solicitors Ltd.

Princes House 635 Roundhay Road Leeds LS8 4BA

Founded in 2001, Oakwood Solicitors is community-focused Law Firm, dealing with cases nationwide. Our friendly, one-to-one approach enables us to deal with individuals on a personal basis, creating a stronger relationship between staff and clients.

As a business in a tightly-knit community, we strongly believe in giving something back – whether it be participating in local fundraising events, or collaborating with our selected local charities.

We believe it is important to put a face to a name, which is why we’re proud to be a local law firm that people can trust.

We offer a wide range of services with our friendly team of expert and specialised solicitors and paralegals.

Here at Oakwood Solicitors, we agree to work on your claim on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be expected to pay us a penny.

You will have a dedicated advisor who will see your claim through from start to finish, assisting you in the event of any queries or issues you may have. Your case handler will also continue to provide regular updates until the conclusion of your claim, ensuring the process is as stress-free and effortless as possible.

Along with our other legal services, we have a niche area for Criminal Injury Compensation – it is a government run scheme that has been set up to compensate survivors of violent crime. This includes abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. It’s not widely known about, but it is something that we have been dealing with for a number of years. We are one of the few solicitors who work in this niche area. The scheme enables those who have been subject to some form of criminal injury, the ability to claim some compensation so that they can get back on their feet.

Our managing director (Abbigail Keech) is female, and we have a predominantly female staff.

Any woman who contacts us will be dealt with by female caseworkers, if they wish to do so.
