St Giles Trust
We offer two different women only services:
- Footsteps Project:
Support for women who have been involved with the Criminal Justice System or at risk of this happening and are struggling with significant mental health concerns and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
- Womens group:
A safe space for to women who might be feeling socially isolated. We have a different activity each week and have previously held sessions involving card making, henna tattoos, massage, pilates, mindfulness, making hand creams and lip balms, bath bombs, smoothie making and making sandwich wraps. The women choose the activities!
The session runs every Friday 11am until 2pm. Lunch is provided and travel costs are re-imbursed.
In addition we also offer a counselling service
- 1:1 support, help in attending appointments, advocacy, completing application forms, housing, accessing services.
- A variety of activities chosen by the women who attend
